Horrible experience, the floor of the mini bus was full of packs and bags to deliver, so we couldn't even extend our legs! No only the aisle but also under our seats. When we arrived to Hoi An and they took the packages, we realised the amount of space there was. Definitely not using this service anymore.

This was better than expected! We travelled on an earlier bus as the original one was full however all communication was clear and via WhatsApp. The bus left on time and arrived exactly 6 hours later as planned! The sleeper pods are good, quite comfortable, we discovered that you can adjust the seat and make it more upright which was more comfortable. Note no toilet on board however the driver stopped twice just for quick loo stops...would have been nice to stop for coffee though!

The ride was fine, but when I arrived at the bus connection, two men asked me for my luggage. Normally, I always keep my luggage with me, but they said they would take my luggage to put it on the bus and for me to wait in the station. I gave them a locking carry-on and a locked backpack and a small pack hooked to the backpack that was not locked. In the small pack there was a large exercise stretch band. When I arrived at my hostel in Hoi An my stretch band was missing. The Bus company knows who was working that day and they need to keep an eye on them because they’re stealing from customers. Also, my backpack and small pack was wet when I arrived in Hoi An. It was not raining when I boarded the bus and it was barely sprinkling when I got off and I immediately caught a cab. So the water is from inside the luggage compartment. I had to pay to have all the clothes inside both packs washed and dried.

The trip from quy nhon bus station to hoi an was very good. vehicle was clean, seat belts worked. Driver and conductor polite and competent. Communication acceptable to me. (Even though I do not understand vietnamese). Trip from hotel to quy nhon bus station was not so good. I was told on phone and in person visit to office days before the trip : limo that comes to my hotel would be the SAME limo that takes me to hoi an . This was NOT how it worked out. Limo that arrived at my hotel was on time, but driver did not have my name. And could not tell me the destination, even using google translate. that vehicle was not marked with the same company name that I was expecting. It was dirty inside. it had no seatbelts. It was not in good repair and did not seem reliable or safe for such a long trip. There were no other passengers in the vehicle to confirm destination. I almost refused to board this limo due to uncertainty about equipment, driver, and company. Driver did not ask my name . Did not ask to see my booking voucher. It is important that your company communicate ACCURATELY and FULLY with passengers. put yourself in the passenger's position:. A mystery vehicle shows up not marked in a way that's expected, with no other passengers in it. you just expect me to just get in it at 0500?. Many passengers would not agree and might refuse to board.

We've been drop like a package at the petrol station. Even with a translator, nobody try or want to talk with you. Arrogant team. They were driving crazily, with multiple stop to drop packages on the road, as they drop us with rush on our stop. Do not recommend this company.

They didn’t drop us off at the location(105 Ton Duc Trang) that was listed on the PDF. They were also running behind and we felt like we were being kicked off the bus. Over all it’s a really comfortable way to travel and I would do it again.
