The bus did not drop off at end location , nearly an hour past it. There was a driver that then took me back and dropped me off which was fine but as no one can communicate in English I was very unsure as what was happening and as a female solo traveller this is not ideal. You get messaged by the company in English and check in - so you need to tell people at this point! This added 2 hours to the trip - so overall 8 hrs not 6. This is the company let down not the crew

Left 40 minutes later than stated but did arrive at the correct time. Helpful staff throughout Great waiting area at the bus station in Quy Nhon with refreshments. Very comfortable seats. Plenty of rest breaks.

Someone was already sleeping in our beds so the driver asked them to move and sleep on the floor. Tone of this 3 people was a young child. The stop was very unclear, so we almost missed the bus
