Really the bus to el nido is going to be horrific no matter what but the driving could have been a little slower - we did feel like we were going to die and I’ve taken vans all through Southeast Asia many times this time was exceptionally bad driving We were smacked into the side of the car each time we sped into a corner Just a little slower would have been great The fact they left from 3am was fantastic though!

Despite clearly being the tallest and 6’3 and being picked up first, my friend and I were told we had to be in the back because we were “foreigners” where the seats were most squished. The operator takes your bags and shoves them under seats not caring at all. The place you stop at for dinner all workers are very disrespectful and up charge on prices

The van was clean and very comfortable, making the trip smooth and relaxing. The lady at the office was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered a variety of tour options around El Nido. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended! Firstly, pick-up was planned for 3-3:30pm and we waited one hour to get picked up, after that we picked up other people so we left puerto princesa at 5pm(2hours late). We were 4 on the backseat which was made for 3 ……… (very very close to each other for FIVE hours and without any spare room for legs ). Additionally, in the very few space available for luggage our bags were put in a very nonchalant way, in each time the driver would open the truck almost every bag would fall…

The van was 1.5 hours late to the airport which was not communicated to us and led us to think we would need to arrange another means of transport. We messaged and called the WhatsApp number multiple times and did not receive a reply for 1 hour. The van was very cramped and we needed to have bags on our laps throughout the journey. One suitcase was tied onto the roof and the driving was quite erratic. We did get to our destination in one piece and there was a stop along the way which was good.
