Sabrina SVery disappointing experience overall.
There were many unplanned stops along the way—some for photos, some official breaks, and some without any clear reason. The main issue was the complete lack of communication, which made the already long journey even more frustrating.
The van was also clearly overloaded. We were told in advance there would be 5 passengers, but in reality there were 12 plus the driver, despite only 11 seats being available.
Although we paid for extra seats for our luggage as requested beforehand, the driver initially tried to squeeze the bags into the back, risking damage. Only after discussing with the manager was the luggage placed on seats—forcing other passengers to hold it on their laps.
Additionally, scheduled timeslots do not seem to be respected. Other passengers told us they were supposed to leave two hours earlier but had to wait for us. While this didn’t negatively affect us, it was clearly frustrating for them.
Most concerning: there were no seatbelts or proper handholds, and the driving felt fast and unsafe.
Overall, poorly organized and not recommended.

Layza JThis transportation is a total rip-off! They don't pick you up at the airport. I had to walk 7 minutes with my backpack and suitcase. They make it seem like they're taking you straight to El Nido, saying it's a 4 hour and 30 minute trip, but they make several stops with people getting on and off along the way. There were even people sitting on laps. It's a small and very cramped van, there's barely any legroom. With all the people getting on and off, they keep opening the luggage compartment, they dropped my suitcase 3 times and it broke in one of those falls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THIS IS A MESS.

Ariane L30 minutes late, then 1:30h to do shopping for a really unfriendly old lady from the van before leaving puerto princessa. So arrive almost 1:30h late in El nido
But hopefully the van had air conditioning

Mike VPlus: van left 30min before schedule
Plus: i made it alive to El Nido, stops were allright (2x 5min, 1x 30min)
Min: we were picking up local people, i was sitting at the back and there are 3 seats, but we had to sit with 4 for 3 hours which was really the most uncomfortable ever, it really hurt my back. So thats the 2 star
Min: duration was 6,5 hours with stops (17:00-23:30) i am fine but don’t think you can make it in 5h (so don’t advertise with it)
Min: temp went from okay to freezing (bring something)
Sitting at the back with 4 was most unpleasant ever, rest was ok. Probably all vans are the same

Clemens Bumpy ride. And imo bad driving style with a lot of unnecessary breaking and accelerating.

Amin AAmazing trip! Comfy seats, A/C, driver skills. I would always choose this before a Van. We arrived 20 before. The break was well timed!

Marloes KVery happy that they could pick us up from the hotel, but it felt like it was a livestock transport of tourists combined with a pick up point for locals..

Ella HThe transfer left an hour late and stopped many times. Little communication from the driver and arrived almost 2 hours later than advertised.

Eveliina LShit information. They told us they will pick us up from the airport but we had to walk to their office. Nobody told us this before and some airport guy told us when we asked him. In the office we had to wait a lot and started our trip late. The trip took around 5 hours but we had to stay in the car over 6 hours.
