Bus left 30 minutes late but this isn’t bad for Philippines. Driving was a bit crazy but we got there 1 hour faster than stated time.

The van had to leave at 8:00 am and it left at 9:30 pm. The driver had to go to fuel station for filling the tank before go and then He stopped as three time. Total time to arrival… 3 hours and a half

Overall, the van ride went well. Very quick and smooth ride. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication between 12go and the fact that pick up from your hotel is included in ticket price. So we paid money to travel 20mins to get to the 'pick up' location which was slightly frustrating.

Some past reviews got me worried but this specific trip was good. The van would leave PP to Port Barton at 8:00am. I arrived at the Rocaro terminal around 7:15 am, they called someone, put me in an empty van, and drove me to a second van further up. This one had 4 other travelers inside. There was a quick stop for snacks/bathroom and soon we arrived in P. Barton. The trip was around 2 hours. It gets a bit bumpy sometimes but nothing too bad. Also, the driver was never too fast or reckless. In fact, he was super polite and helpful.

The agent was helpful and contacted us before the trip, the driver was 50’ late and the vehicle was overloaded with stuff on the top and people inside (16 persons) also as everybody in Philippines he drove like crazy. Finally arriving in port Barton we figured out that we paid 150pesos each than the usual cost of the trip and also 350 more to drive to terminal (usual there also mini vans from airport as well).
