Ariane L30 minutes late, then 1:30h to do shopping for a really unfriendly old lady from the van before leaving puerto princessa. So arrive almost 1:30h late in El nido
But hopefully the van had air conditioning

Oriol PThe communication with the rental coordinator was misleading all the time. We booked our trip for 5 PM but we ended up departing at 6 PM plus. The reason for departing at 6 PM was that we were waiting for other guests that have booked at 6 PM. The problem was that we spent the majority of the waiting time in the street with the van not appearing. We message several times the rental coordinator, but the rental coordinator was not in disclosing that we were waiting for other guest and that would be at 6 PM. She was just saying that the van was late. Having known that we would be waiting till 6 PM, we would have used the time to visit the city center. We do understand that we hired I shared one but nowhere in the documents was it said that would be waiting for one hour in the street without any proper communication or update. Checking in the reviews from the company, it is not the first time that is happening.

Mike VPlus: van left 30min before schedule
Plus: i made it alive to El Nido, stops were allright (2x 5min, 1x 30min)
Min: we were picking up local people, i was sitting at the back and there are 3 seats, but we had to sit with 4 for 3 hours which was really the most uncomfortable ever, it really hurt my back. So thats the 2 star
Min: duration was 6,5 hours with stops (17:00-23:30) i am fine but don’t think you can make it in 5h (so don’t advertise with it)
Min: temp went from okay to freezing (bring something)
Sitting at the back with 4 was most unpleasant ever, rest was ok. Probably all vans are the same

Clemens Bumpy ride. And imo bad driving style with a lot of unnecessary breaking and accelerating.

Amin AAmazing trip! Comfy seats, A/C, driver skills. I would always choose this before a Van. We arrived 20 before. The break was well timed!

Marloes KVery happy that they could pick us up from the hotel, but it felt like it was a livestock transport of tourists combined with a pick up point for locals..

Eveliina LShit information. They told us they will pick us up from the airport but we had to walk to their office. Nobody told us this before and some airport guy told us when we asked him. In the office we had to wait a lot and started our trip late. The trip took around 5 hours but we had to stay in the car over 6 hours.

Nicolas ADriver wasn't very friendly. He picked up my cousin and I along with another couple from the airport. He was on time and was waiting for at least one other person for about 15-20 minutes past the designated 5:30 pickup time. Then, he brought us to a nearby location where we were told to transfer to another van, which had people in it already. I'm guessing they just wanted to consolidate, which is fine but he should've at least told us that was the plan.
We were almost at maximum capacity when we left that second spot...but then we picked up one more person, who sat in the passenger side of the front. Then we went to the gas station to fill up. Why wasn't the van already full of gas?
We probably didn't get on the road until about 6:15pm. Even though he was on time as far as picking us up at the airport goes, we were still late in leaving Puerto Princesa.
I'll give the driver credit for driving FAST, especially since it was very dark. It felt like we were riding in a roller coaster!
We stopped at a restaurant as the halfway point for about 15 minutes.
We finally got to our destination but the driver didn't say much as far as info goes.
More than anything, the driver should've been more informative and friendly.
