Nice comfortable bus, and plenty of leg room on board. Took only 4 hours and 40 minutes to get to El Nido, but the bus driver goes way too fast. It's a very curvy road, and he was consistently above 80 km/h so the alarm sounded all the time. From our party of 3 people - 2 threw up underways, and they don't usually get car sick.

It was alright! The driver was nice and even made stops for eat and toilets. But at some point he was driving really fast and pressing the break a lot suddenly. At least when it started raining, he slowed down a bit

Hotel pick up was 1-hour late, then had to go to a terminal to wait further before getting into another van so actual was closer to 3pm. There were too many unnecessary toilet breaks along the way, and stops to pick up packages and goods which were then jammed into the passenger area as there was no space in the trunk. Arrival time ended up being 3 hours later than advertised.

I paid for premium service but i didn’t get any of those. The changed van twice and lastly in a old van. Wasted valuable 1 hour time waiting for other passengers. Most importantly i dont know why i paid extra in the name of the premium service

It was a comfort to have a toilet in the bus but to actually use it was scary. The road was bumpy and going into the toilet may cause unnecessary accident. Music was too loud to sleep. Make it as a background music.
