Our Homestay was outside the drop off zone. We did not know this when booking the trip and incurred a taxi fare we had not anticipated. As it happened the bus continued past our destination after we were dropped off.

The driver was dagerously speeding almost the whole time. Sometimes 50 km faster that was allowed! I was glad we made it safely to our destination. I would rather arrive 20 minutes late than end up dead or in hospital. I know we left late becaus we had to wait for a lady that was not on time at the airport but that is not the falt of the driver.

Great service, left on time arrived on time. Confortable seat. You've a seat assigned but it's not really respected. Usb charged on the bus. One stop about 1h before arrival.

Bus came almost 1 hour late, due to traffic, which they cannot influence. However waiting for 1.5 hours with a baby on a busstop on a 8 lanes wide road (dirty, noisy) is not so nice. The bus was like a public bus. It was stopping a lot to also drop parcels. Knowing this before booking would be essential. Overall we did arrive almost 1.5 hours late.

We booked the bus from Phuket airport to Khao Sok National park. No issues, good service: the bus was on time, the pick up and drop off points where clearly stated on the ticket. We arrived with a slight delay ( 40 minutes). The driver was polite. The bus had AC and some seats had a lot of space for the legs. The only thing is that there was no toilet, but we had 1 stop on the way. The bus struggled a bit to go uphills, but in the end everything was fine.
