The driver was on time and completed the transfer within the time frame. However, he didn't seem to like the fact that we were travelling with one suitcase per person. He immediately wanted to charge an extra 50 baht per suitcase, even though the dimensions of the suitcase were within the specified limits. He even measured the dimensions with a tape measure and wanted to pass off the depth of the suitcase as its height, so that the suitcase would not have met the specified dimensions. After a brief discussion, he loaded the suitcases without comment. In addition, his driving was careless.

Changing passengers at the airport was a bit chaotic and afterwards the driver didn't seem have the proper target locations but with the help of one of the passengers we were able to resolve that.

The driver was irresponsible. I was sat at the front of the bus and he picked up his mobile phone to scroll on Facebook approximately every 30 seconds to 1 minute. He could also see he was replying to comments on there. He often drove with one hand too or with his elbows. He got the other worker to take videos of him driving and then posted them on his social media. I was really shocked to see how often he went on his phone. I understand using it a few times to change the song or quickly respond to someone but it was constant and did not feel safe.
