After having to cancel our boat ride from Phuket to Krabi due to a thunderstorm, we were able to book this private car transfer last minute. They were able to accommodate our booking and quickly sent a driver in 30 minutes. We were picked up in our lobby, enjoyed a comfortable drive with our amazing and thoughtful driver in a spacious SUV, and dropped off to our next hotel after a 3.5 hour ride. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a private car transfer!

The driver of the first bus was very rude and using abusive language to passengers. Haven’t seen such a rude person in my entire Thailand trip. Initially the ride was in a small bus and we were later transferred to a minivan which was not mentioned while booking this trip. The driver of the mini bus was rude. The second driver was calm and helpful. But driving by both drivers wede satisfactory.

Badly organised, way too over crowded, staff really rude, the bus to the pier was excellent well ran and comfortable. I got two tickets for the bus and ferry and a transfer to our hotel, identical, they would not let my friend on the bus even though she had the same ticket. Would not reccomend and wouldn’t book through them again
