Erika PAll on time.. jsut bus seats so uncomfortable for long trip.. recliners in 3 seats wasn’t working out of 6 seats.. hand support broken .. seat table broken and very dirty :(

Arriving at the port to take the boar, NO COMMUNICATION; just a lot of people waiting, without ANY information…

Leanne PEverything ran really smoothly! Arriving at terminal 2 bus stop I was confused which desk to go to but everyone is really helpful there and guided me to the correct one, got my tickets and there was a hidden fee for luggage which was cash only and I am not sure if this is standard or a scam, but either way I paid the cash. When I booked the tickets the site asked me how many cases and I declared 4 (we had 2 medium suitcases a back pack and a very small hand luggage case) I think it was 400 bht so like 8-9£.
The ferry ride was good and they had indoor out outdoor seating with a few tables with chargers and a shop to buy snacks and food.
Everything ran smoothly and on time, I will be using the service again :)
