I felt like I paid for a standard service but got a VIP upgrade, as the bed was much more spacious and comfortable this time. The drivers were polite and drove carefully, and we arrived well ahead of schedule. The restroom, though small, was clean.

The journey was supposed to take 5 hours, but in reality, it took nearly 7 hours. The USB port in my cabin wasn't working. The driver was quite friendly.

Our experience was very good. Great communication from the owner, slight delay in picking up but reached destination on time. Buses are clean and tidy. Berths are short, will get cramped for taller people for long distance travel. Overall had a comfortable night travel

Exactly as expected, arrived a little early in Hoi an. Travelling with 6 and 8 year old. Although we had 4 beds we only used 3. It felt safe and managed to sleep most of it. Charger didn’t work and bed didn’t move, neither required for our trip.

Again two and a half hours late to hoi an. The bus and the staff were good though. Many unnecessary stops which are not really understandable but maybe it’s just the way it is.
