There was supposed to be one bus from Phong Nha to Hoi An. I was told the journey would take six and a half hours when it actually always takes eight. At Da Nang the people going to Hoi An were asked to get on a mini bus and were told we'd be taken to our hotels. This consisted of me and one other family. On the way to my hotel I was told they wouldn't take me there as it was on the outskirts of Hoi An. They told me they were going to put me out on the side of the road and I should get a Grab taxi. I refused to get out as I had no idea where I was and it was starting to rain. After about an hour of arguing they eventually brought a taxi to the van and he took me to my hotel. I arrived at the hotel after 6pm. According to my ticket I was supposed to arrive about 3:30pm.

The bus arrived 1.5 hours late because we stopped very often so the drive could deliver packages. At one point new guests got on, there were four of them. Two of them found seats however they were filled with trash from previous guests. The other two had to wait until after the next stop to sit down. The driver was very rude and spoke to us with a short manner.

Now stop and arriving in the middle af nowhere. 2 hours to early. Sow we have to wait long time. The company promised 2-3 stop but they didn’t.

Good safe bus trip, got transferred to a private car from Da Nang to get to Hoi An. Driver asked for extra money 50K which put us on the spot and was a bit awkward and uncomfortable and we just agreed because we were in his private car and felt weird. Aside from this the trip was safe and comfortable.

The beds are comfy but take noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs. The driver was using the horn about every 15 seconds and on the over-night bus the drivers were talking extremely loudly and playing music all through the night.

This was a great sleeperbus the beds seemed longer length wise, there is a privacy curtain light and charging socket shelf for drinks/snacks, and a clean working toilet, the drive felt safe and I slept well. Driver was considerate letting me know when we stopped hiw long, also gave me water for free. would recommend this company.
