Good safe bus trip, got transferred to a private car from Da Nang to get to Hoi An. Driver asked for extra money 50K which put us on the spot and was a bit awkward and uncomfortable and we just agreed because we were in his private car and felt weird. Aside from this the trip was safe and comfortable.

The beds are comfy but take noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs. The driver was using the horn about every 15 seconds and on the over-night bus the drivers were talking extremely loudly and playing music all through the night.

This was a great sleeperbus the beds seemed longer length wise, there is a privacy curtain light and charging socket shelf for drinks/snacks, and a clean working toilet, the drive felt safe and I slept well. Driver was considerate letting me know when we stopped hiw long, also gave me water for free. would recommend this company.

Good although I had booked a bottom bunk as I thought it would be better for motion sickness but when we got on they were all taken so I had to sleep on a top bunk.

Bus picked us up an hour late but this was well communicated by the operator. We had to change buses halfway through which was not expected. The second bus was not a VIP bus that we had originally booked. Overall, communication was poor once on the bus

The owners went above and beyond for me and my friend, communication was brilliant, bus was clean and comfortable. When we got to Phong Nha, they even offered to take us to the duck stop and back to our hotel (extra fee) which was very convenient. Would recommend!

Worst experience in my life and never felt more unsafe during a bus ride. I don't even know where to start. The bus drivers were extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable by touching my hair, staring at us, screaming at us and standing really close to our beds and blocking us. In 8 hours time, we had only 1 short break to go to the toilet, while there was a dinner break promised by the operator. The bus drivers decided to stop the bus to wash the bus (?) and they did not allow us to go out and locked the door.
