The 24 Sleeper was great. However, they didn't inform us of a change of buses nearer Saigon which was confusing. Simple words like 'change bus' would be enough. They also made my girlfriend backpack dirty in the luggage compartment and on top of that someone spilled some fish juice on luggage.

The bus was half an hour delayed and then when we had to change from sleeping bus to sitting bus, that second was delayed for 40 minutes+traffic so we arrived 1,5h delayed. The rest was fine- friendly staff, clean busses.

We got picked up at our hotel, that was great. It was a sleeping bus with very short seats. We are three tall persons so it was not so comfortable. I the middle of the trip we had to change bus. Unfortunately there was not enough seats for all of us in the second bus so I had to sit on a stool that was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we were also delayed but I don’t know if that was due to traffic or something else.

24 Sleeper Hanh Café: What a positive experience! After reading all the negative comments I was really sceptical. But the bus was very new, clean, seats very comfy, driver cautious, on time - I just loved it. In order to drive into Saigon we had to move to a smaller bus for the last 30 mins, as other people described already. I very much recommend the trip and would book it again anytime!!
