What i miss, is that when bus stops, nothing is being told.. transfer to other bus, get out of bus, or get all out at ferry abd take you luggage. Really nobody of personel talks English....

You will be transported in 4 different vehicles which isn’t really a problem considering the price. First a van, then bus, then walk onto a ferry, then a songtaew. Great price and reasonably quick and comfortable. Note: the bus driver stopped twice and left the vehicle but never said anything. It would have been nice if he would have announced “toilet” or something because most people didn’t know what was happening.

Its difficult to rate because whos fault was it? First, the door to door transfer was great without any critics. But ! On the ferry a 100% NOGO. We stood on the bus when we entered the ferry and than they place other cars so close, that nobody could leave the bus. This a serious offense to security regulations. We been in a trap while the sailing and it was bad weather. Many accidents can happen with a ferry and they let us in a coffin! In the end nothing happend but thats roling the dice with our lifes. So fault of the ships crew but also the driver. He has to complain that the passengers have to have at least the chance to leave the bus for security reasons!
