Since shoes are not permitted inside the sleeper bus, they should have provided slippers even just in the toilet at least. The toilet floor was wet and it was so gross to step on it without any feet protection. Train your staff not to be noisy so that passengers are not bothered while sleeping.

We were late because of Grab driver who drove us to the wrong airport and they helped us to navigate to the right place. It was raining as hell and the guy came with un umbrela and drove us to the right bus stop where we got tickets and got on the bus. We also didn't know that you have a stop on the half to eat.

We booked for a trip at 22:00 hrs, however were picked at 19:45 and that too by a different operator. The support by 12go was very bad, with reply coming full 24 hrs after the initial contact. Think like this, you are stuck in a different country, with people speaking different language and not able to understand you and the one company from whom you booked the ticket replies 24 hrs after your help request . Pathetic

It was very easy to buy a tickets online. The bus should pick up us from the airport. We have some problems to find the pick up point. That's why I wrote to support via WhatsApp. The support team responded very quickly, despite the fact that it was only 6 a.m. They explained everything very well, sent photos and kept us constantly informed about what time the bus would arrive and why it was delayed. The bus was clean and comfortable. I slept almost the entire journey under a warm blanket. On the way, the bus made two stops to visit the toilet.

Not well organised. We waited at the airport to be picked up by a van to take us to the bus. The driver didn’t have our names , we were not sure if he was the right person. We made several calls to work it out. The bus was very delayed we got there almost 2 hours after we expected. It was a rough drive , many stops along the way. The cabin had a smell to it. It is what it is.
