The journey was comfortable. Pros: Pick up from airport and drop at hotel. Single private cabin. Smooth ride. Started late but reached on stipulated time. Cons: The staffs were not at all speaking in english. Very difficult to communicate.

Air conditioned. Charging docks to charge phones were great. Driver made a few break stops. At times the driver was driving at dangerous speeds on the road. Otherwise it was okay.

Overall the trip was comfortable, however the site said there would be to stops and there was one where we were Allowed to get off, this is unacceptable a 6 hour journey. The driver was abrupt and declined to let us off the bus when we asked for a second stop even though they stopped to unload cargo and other passengers several times.

Generally very good experience, all on time, smooth communication, very clear information about the pickup place and time, comfortable bus. Only one small thing, that my backpack, which was under the bus deck, was completely wet when I received it, some of the things inside needed drying.
