At the pickup location, the driver insisted several times that I was not on that bus. He pointed me to several other busses. Two VERY KIND other tourists looked at the pdf on my screen and said "I think that guy works for the company you got your tickets through." ONLY after I approached AGAIN and he waved me off AGAIN did he check his list and I saw my name. He then waved his hand in the general direction of 6 busses to point me where to go. I asked "which bus" 3x before he brought me to the bus. He was angry with me the *entire time*. Sleepers were nice.

The services they arr provided are very satisfying. The ordering process is easy, the operator, Miss Lam Nhi very friendly and always give quick respond. She is very helpful to answer a number of things. The bus is clean. Passengers are prohibited from wearing shoes and carrying food to maintain cleanliness. Instead, the bus stops at two stops to go.

Overall experience was good - the bus was super comfortable, I slept almost the whole way. There was a 20 min break in the middle. However, the screens weren’t working, none of the workers spoke English, it was super hard to communicate if you needed to, the bus was late 80min and no one could tell me when it will pick me up, so I waited at their office with no information whatsoever
