Very good experience for cleanliness and quality of the bus. Bus ran La little late which was ok. What really knocked the stars down though was our drop off point which was at 1:00 am was supposed to be next to our hotel, as printed in the 12Go voucher. Instead we were dropped off at a location several miles away in the middle of the night without notice, and had to navigate finding a taxi with no knowledge of safety/reliability. They NEVER informed us of this change so that we could make preparations in advance. It was a terrible surprise.

It was very good. I would make sure u have a usb with a video or something if your traveling at night and you can’t sleep and be prepared to not be able to sit with your legs down. It was a great trip and a great experience.

In the booking process they stated pickup at the airport at 11 am. However, later they argued that was the pickup time in Hanoi City. On the Voucher, Emails etc. it prooved them wrong though. Also, the then stated pickup time was missed. We hat to wait in the heat because we did not know when the bus would finally arrive. We didnt even get a licence plate no. The bus arrived at the destination with more than one hour delay, which was to be expected, because they never could have met the schedule stated. The bus stops and restrooms respectively were seriously not good. We had many better bus experiences. Never again.
