The operator kept me fully informed about my pick up. The bus arrived on time the ride wasnot very comfortable, the bed areas are tatty and a lot of the things don't work, there were bare wires out of the wall on the first bed I tried where the light should have been. None of the tv screens worked and the 2 beds I tried the handset didn't work either, most of the blinds were also broken

They sent message to me on Whatsapp hours before the bus departure advising me where to board the bus, what time to board and so on. It made our bus ride to Sapa from Hanoi airport very smooth sailing. The driver also sent me message 20 minutes before the bus departure time advising that he is already at the pick up location at the airport and waiting for me to board the bus. The bus is so comfortable, has curtains for privacy, has multiple lights inside which you can turn on or off to your liking, the bus is so quiet except when making announcement about our stop overs for toilet and snacks (i.e. how long will the stop be) provided free slippers for us to use when stepping out of the bus The sleeper bus space is so wide, even overweight person like me was able to fit comfortably and had a great sleep on board. We arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and they provided free drop off to our hotel in Sapa when we arrived at their office in Sapa. They have comfortable seats, toilets and free water at their office sapa for us to use while waiting for our vehicle to drop us off to our hotel. Excellent service.

Staf didn't speak in english, was inpolite, didn't even tried to understand requests. Before driving - drivers smoked some kind of bong and put there something that looked not like tabaco. During the trip the were delivering something - but not allowing anyone to step out of the bus. When we arrived - it was impossible to understand what to do, because we were in the middle of nowhere. Just other people explaind us, that they also have to drive us to the hotel. So somehow we managed to sit in the van and reach our hotel. During the trip drivers drove way too fast, on some points we felt that we will fly out of that cabin. Because of that - we couldn't sleep at all.
