We had a great experience at our starting point (Noi Bai airport to Sapa). The bus was clean and comfortable with enough space even for two people. We had a transfer from the office at Sa Pa to our hotel included which was great bonus for what we paid. Recommended!

Our bus is cancelled, and we got bus different operator sao viet . We wait 3 hours doing nothing. The only good was the operator is so helpful, if not we will give 1 star. For sao viet bus, the driver was driving crazy and staff bit rude. Not recommended

The bus left without me even though I had been waiting at the airport for 2 hours! They did however re book me on a later bus. I arrived at my destination 1:30h later than planned.

I was messaged the night before and told my ticket was not right. Instead of starting in Hanoi I was ending in Hanoi. After hours of conversation a new number messaged me and confirmed my booking. Meanwhile, the original number kept messaging telling me my booking was wrong. The bus was very loud and noisy. The driver whistled and another worker played loud music half the time. The remainder they talked very loud amongst the three workers. The seat was also broken and would not adjust.
