Very disappointing journey. The driver was extremely rude throughout the trip. On a total journey time of around 7 hours, we were only allowed one bathroom stop, even after asking multiple times during other unscheduled stops. This made the journey very uncomfortable and stressful. I would not recommend this service.

Very rude, unhelpful staff at travel agents. Bed didn’t fully recline and went extremely fast causing it to be very rocky, but did arrive 30mins early. Also included free transport to hostel which wasn’t mentioned.

Outlets worked, 2 blankets, more than enough room for me and my pack, 2 waters!!! I I wish all of my bus experiences can be like this. & a bathroom, BUT no toilet paper. Maybe to discourage going #2
