The bus is dirty and left with a delay. It's an overnight sleeper bus and the staff keeps walking in the hallway talking loudly. The driver started playing music at 12:30am and despite asking to stop so we can sleep he kept playing. I emailed the company and complained. No response!. Absolute trash company. Do yourself a favor and get your ticket from another company!+!

Brandon LCommunication was great, instructions were clear on where you needed to be and when. Bus was clean and cabins had plenty of room in terms of width. I’m 5ft 11inches and it was a slightly tight fit for length. But that was to be expected. Bus stop had drivers at the end to shuttle you to your Accomodation for a reasonable price. Great service.

Michel HIf you want to experience sleep deprivation, this is the bus you should take.
We took a sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa at midnight, to arrive in Sapa at 6:30 AM.
The bus itself is nice, not super comfortable bus does the job, the reception was good with snacks, water etc..
However the ride was the worst, the driver was talking really loud, non-stop with his colleague making it hard to sleep. When they were not talking, his colleague was watching reels with his volume all the way up. Then came the HONKING every 10 minutes, then he stopped the bus twice on the way, opened the door and started shouting and screaming to people on the street, making it impossible for people to sleep.
I’m not saying he should not talk all the way, but either there should be some soundproof screen between the driver and the passengers, or he should just whisper.
This is a SLEEPER bus, but no one slept for more than 30 minutes in this ride, all the passengers were pissed off when we got off the bus.
I won’t even get into the details of his driving skills, he was speeding then hitting the breaks suddenly, then swerving severely.
We were supposed to arrive at 6:30 we got there at 5 AM ! Which shows how fast he was actually driving.
Very very very unpleasant ride. I don’t recommend at all, and I’m surprised by the good rating over here, not one star review in sight.

Max MEasy pickup, great drive, relatively comfortable seats/beds.
The first stop seemed a bit early but that's nothing bad. We had enough stops to feel comfortable.
Unfortunately we only arrived 7 hours after start and not 6 as mentioned in the booking, but traffic can happen.

Saveta AOur driver Mr. Hiep picked us up on time or even earlier. He was great company throughout the trip. The drive from Hanoi to Sapa was smooth and comfortable and the car was really comfortable for a long drive. His driving made us feel safe the entire time. Highly recommend! ☺️

Jason LOur only complaint was the departure location. The initial location given in the PDF voucher when you buy the tickets (which also matches Google Maps) is wrong. The company did WhatsApp us the correct location a few hours before the trip, but we didn't notice until after we were dropped off at the wrong location originally listed. So we walked 10 minutes with our luggage to the correct drop off. This seems like an easy fix, update your listing. It wasn't a huge problem but should be addressed.
Other than that the bus was clean with a clean bathroom. We received a bottle of water on the bus and the bathroom was clean. From Hanoi to Sapa we had 1 stop for food which was plenty long.
Our arrival was over an hour late but I can see how it's hard to judge becuase they don't know in advance how many extra pickups/drop offs will be along the way. The staff was all friendly. We took the trip during the day departing at 10:30am.

Juliette This was by far the best bus service I have used in Vietnam. From the clean check in seating area with snacks, to the comfortable bus, and lovely friendly driver - everything was great. I really appreciated a toilet being available too
