That trip was an absolute nightmare. First off, the tour operator didn't bother telling us the bus would be late—almost half an hour, no big deal, right? Wrong. The whole ride was just non-stop shaking. The driver acted like he was hauling firewood, not people—jerking us around, swinging side to side. There was zero chance of getting any sleep. I actually heard someone throw up from motion sickness, and not a single person helped them. No rest stops, nothing. Then, when we finally got to the city, the bus just pulls over and the driver announces this is the last stop—even though our ticket clearly said our hotel address. So they literally kicked me and my wife out into the pouring rain, tossed our luggage onto the curb, and didn't even bother telling us where we were or how to get to our hotel. Just left us there, clueless and soaked.

We left 2 hours late, arriving at our destination very late. The driver was driving way too fast, so it was impossible to sleep—it felt like being inside a washing machine. On top of that, they seated us at opposite ends of the bus… an experience we definitely won’t be repeating.

We couldn't sleep because bus was shaking too much. Plus one seat couldn't bend totally meaning you were half up and one seat had problem with air conditioner so it was freezing

The journey departed on time, although the trip to Sapa took longer than advertised. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and safe ride, and the staff were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout. There are, however, a few areas for improvement. Wi-Fi would be a welcome addition, the bathroom should have running water, and the blankets could be cleaner. The LCD entertainment screen was also not working during the journey. In addition, the ticket showed the wrong departure address in Hanoi, which caused unnecessary confusion. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, this would be an excellent transport service
