The bus left on time. There is no food on the bus (which is good, otherwise the whole bus would stink). You get 1 small bottle of water (water can be brought in). WiFi didn't work, but 4G/5G was all the way (Viettel). The beds/seats are a little short, so taller people will have to bend a little, but it's okay. After 3 hours, there is a break for lunch (food can be bought on the spot, it is more expensive, of course, but it is available if you did not bring it). The trip was pleasant and I recommend it. I didn't feel it after 6 hours of driving.

Great trip, only had a really small cabin for two of us and were not able to sit straight (cabin 21 in the back, lower tier).

Driver was on time, very helpful. Made stops along the way to get something to drink with bathroom breaks. Dropped us right at our location and went out of his way to get us to our final destination. Liked the fact that after booking, the company keeps following up with you via WhatsApp to make sure you know where to go when arriving at airport arrivals, who your driver will be, number plate and where you will find your driver

The USB plug at the feet end doesn’t work. The other was not really holding the cable. WC had after 3 hours no paper. Friendly driver, clean bus and thx for the water.

The sleeper bus is the most uncomfortable thing for traveling long distance. You can't sleep, your back hurts from sitting in that chair or bed, you have nowhere to stretch. Not for me. In addition to this, perfect for not being allowed to eat inside the bus, it seems super, but it is contradictory when the bus is smelling like Durian that you can not even breathe from how dizzy you are with that smell. If you know someone did that before, do what you need to make your bus smell good and neutralize that smell.

Helpful staff at the Hanoi pickup point, moved me to an earlier bus without charge. Comfortable, clean buses, added bonus of courtesy bus to the hotel when I arrived in Sapa. Recommended!
