We were supposed to arrive at the "Panorama Nha Trang Hotel" stop, but they let us off early. We thought there was a shuttle that would take us to a pre-arranged location. When we asked, they told us we'd have to wait 5-10 minutes. After that time, we asked again and were told the shuttle would arrive at 6:30 PM (so we'd have to wait there for over an hour). The ticket we purchased indicated our arrival time at our destination was 5:00 PM...

Awful communication & unreliable! The Bus driver kicked us out 1h walk away from the planned Location of arrival, without any explanation! Several travellers had no Idea what was going on. It took 20-30 minutes to even get a Grab to the area. Luckily there were other English speaking travellers so we could help each other. The departure was 1.5 hours late, but at least their office communicated that
