The bus is clean and nice but the organisation is poor. It’s advertised as 8:45 and to be there 30 mins early, so we got a taxi to be there at 8:15. Once getting in the taxi the bus company then messages to say 9:15 departure and do we want picked up from the hotel or to meet at the office. We were already in a taxi and paid for it, on our way to the office as it’s advertised 8:45! We then have to wait at the office for 1 hour to get picked up by a van, taken to the big bus, which then actually drives past our hotel to pick up other people.. could have saved waiting an hour in a hot office and the time and money of a taxi if they had communicated earlier or had the correct bus times on here.

A staff member put us on the wrong bus after I showed them the ticket. The staff were very unhelpful even though they were in the wrong. Our transfer bus into ho chi minh city was very uncomfortable and they didn't have enough seats for all the people on the bus. Would not recommend the service from Mui Ne to Saigon

Wild! Now hold on and strap in for realist review in bus reviewing history! The budget way to travel. Firstly prepare for artic winter, the bus air con was blowing gale force winds for the whole journey so come prepared. Hoody, trousers hat, most of the bus slept with Blanket (provided) over their heads! As you can’t turn off the air con and the driver is inaccessible in the driver seat. Also would like to add the driver thought he was in Tokyo Drift Thailand Bus addition, which was fun! We did stop 3 hours in at a bus depo that had a food court which you could use your bus ticket to get food, we didn’t eat, we gave the ticket to a local. Defo do it once to experience and save money but would try to avoid in the future !

This was the only bus service we used in Vietnam that 1) left on time 2) arrived on time 3) arrived at the declared destination address 4) provided excellent service from start to finish when we got caught in heavy rain. i was a bit sceptical because the busses were cheaper than other alternatives, but i was so pleasentlt surprised with the brand new, wifi, ACed busses. I felt compelled to write the review as i think good business should be rewarded.
