Everything was excellent! The bus ride was very comfortable — wide seats that can recline, clean restroom, and even a massage seat function. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the driver was polite and drove safely. They provided water and food during the trip, which made the long journey very pleasant. What I love most is that it’s a one-ticket service that includes both bus and catamaran, so I didn’t have to worry about transfers. Everything was well-organized from start to finish. Overnight bus ride was very comfortable, seats reclined fully, good blanket, bathroom on board, you’re given some water and snack too. Would do again with this company 100%

Simply really the best you can expect. Friendly staff, clean toilet on the bus, seats that could be reclined till almost completely horizontal. Snacks, drinks, a blanket and a pillow. Yes, a switch of buses early in the morning, but this was communicated in advance. All good

Surprised by the service on board provided with only an 1 Hour flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui. The food served was super tasty, the cabin crew of Bangkok Airways was lovely, all was on time.

We had a great experience! We were a bit stressed because of some reviews but the bus was very comfortable and it had a toilet. The boat was also fine, it was big, clean and not too rocky. The boat ride quite long tho because of all the stops. Each stop is pretty lengthy.

The bus from Bangkok to Koh Samui was excellent. It was clean, had a restroom, free Wi-Fi, and USB charging ports. The management was very well organized, everything was smooth and fast with no issues at all. I will definitely use this service again!

The Bus was great, everything was on time and worked fine! Sadly, the air conditioning above my (very comfortable seat) was broken and couldn’t be turned off. I tried turning it away from me but was still freezing even tho I wore long clothes.
