Becareful from big woman scam and they totally scamed for travel. Before pier, they ask 300 for the van and nonsense. The bus change after driving from Bangkok 2hrs. Totally nightmare

Despite my misgiving it worked well. My train ticket never arrived until within 24 hours of the journey which caused me anxiety. However the journey itself worked well even though the train was over an hour late arriving in Surat Thani. A good way of getting from Bangkok to Samui

The air conditioning at the back of the bus was defective and that I had to endure a 10 hour bus trip sweating!!! I informed the driver and staff about it and did not do anything.

No five stars as the driver and car changed was changed at the airport without notice. This as a little concerning. Had I been a woman travelling alone I would have refused the change. The meet and greet person and the driver were both friendly and professional but I was not notified of the change.
