I booked for a good speedboat, i paid more money for that, no one tells us what happens then... What happens? They dont sell enought tickets for a good speedboat and then they colócate us with other 2 customers to do the trip with a local boat... Cheaper and not safe enought, nobody give us an explanation or any apologices. So, do not agree with this kind of service, bad service and bad customers service. Do not trust this company!!

It was almost perfect. The only thing I would’ve improved, is some form of communication 30mins or an hour or a day prior to confirm the driver was coming. The driver was so precisely on time and not a minute earlier, meant the fact we hadn’t heard anything had me worrying that no one would turn up.

This is worth the money. Driver arrived on time to the hotel and they even allowed us to adjust pickup time 30 min. Professional and kind driver with a comfortable car took us straight to the harbour including stopovers for snacks when we wanted. The boat ride was a quick 15 min from Lombok to Gili T.
