Got there on time but forced to sit up front with driver where seats were not as comfortable as the others. Driver drove very fast and overtook in dangerous places. Rest stop toilets were absolutely disgusting - none of them flushed.

We had a very pleasant experience traveling from Da Lat to Nha Trang. The check-in staff at the office were prompt and efficient, and the driver arrived right on time. Throughout the entire journey, the driver was kind, friendly, and very helpful, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The route itself has many curves, so some passengers felt a bit unwell — but that’s simply the nature of the mountain road and not something the company can control. Overall, the drive felt safe and professionally handled. As a very nice surprise, the driver even dropped each passenger directly at their hotel, even though this was not included in the booked ticket. We truly appreciated this extra effort.

When we arrived Nha Trang the bus pulled over on some random road and everyone was told to get out. Perhaps that’s normal but wasn’t prepared for such an end of the trip. Also during stops along the way it’s typical that provided shoes don’t fit. I don’t think driver was happy with me using my own shoes.

Experience was great and with very clear communication. I just didn’t like that the AC was not turn on for a significant part of the journey (it was really warm inside the bus) and that I was left at a different drop-off location than the one in the voucher (although relatively close).
