Overly prices for the service for a family of 5. For the same ferry from Krabi to Koh Phi Phi with Andaman wave master I paid $56 for 5 ppl (2 adults and 3 kids using viator). For the return I wanted also a transfer to the airport and ended up paying $124. That reflects about $70 for the transfer. Then, the van they provided was reserved for two group (us and another group of 6 adults), so they ended up packing all 11 people in one van. Not a pleasant service for this price. A private 10-pax minivan was available to be there in three minutes and for less than half the price.

The seats are incredibly close to each other (in front of you) so you don't really have leg room (I'm 1.74m / 5.9') so that explains a lot. The seat are inclined in a way that if you want to take a nap you break your neck. Definitely the worst boat I've taken over 10 trips in the Krabi province.

Our transfer driver to Krabi airport (Chet) was amazing- so friendly & helpful. Ferry was comfortable & punctual. Only downside was that when booked ferry plus transfer it said it would take 5 hours, so we booked a much later flight than we needed to. Actual journey time was only around 3 1/2 hours!
