We had purchased First Class seats and were the first to arrive. The door to First Class was locked and we repeatedly asked if we could get in. Finally, I showed one of the men on the boat our tickets and asked why it was still locked and they indicated we had to go and check-in again. By that time the line up to get on the boat was very long and I said that we needed some help. One of the young men on the boat offered to help and took me to check-in where I was given the proper stickers. After that, everything was great! Just ensure you get the right stickers so you can enjoy a great ride from beginning to end!

Fairly quick get away, relatively on time. Only downside is the disorganisation at the check in… Make sure you walk to the end of the pier and check with the workers that you are in the right queue
