I’ve booked speedboat to Ao Nang and we were dropped off at Ao Nam pear. There were no mention in my booking about van transfer to Ao Nang. Only reason I book this was arrival time which was almost 2h off due to initial delayed departure plus all this droop off issue. Also I was dropped off at random street in Ao Nang and had to take taxi to my hostel that added additional cost. Really poor service

There was a small delay, but we got to spend some time at 7-Eleven and the staff were super friendly. I expected to be dropped off somewhere in Ao Nang, but they took us straight to our hotel. Great!

First we got charged for the insurance we did not want, then the speedboat “Tiger line” was 30 mins late and looked different than on the images, the luggage was not really stored securely, then the drop off was on another side of Ao Nang and finally the selected “taxi” option turned out to be a van waiting for more passengers and dropping us at the center of Ao Nang. Promised 1hr travel including taxi never happened.
