First we got charged for the insurance we did not want, then the speedboat “Tiger line” was 30 mins late and looked different than on the images, the luggage was not really stored securely, then the drop off was on another side of Ao Nang and finally the selected “taxi” option turned out to be a van waiting for more passengers and dropping us at the center of Ao Nang. Promised 1hr travel including taxi never happened.

It didn’t take us to Nopparat Pier. Instead we landed on the other side of Ao Nang and had to wait and get a cab back to our hotel so we were 45 minutes late.
