Docked in a wrong place, and wrong position - only the front side towards the pier. There were free docking places along the pier, i didn’t really understand why they couldn’t stop in a better pisition. I was the first to leave the boat, hit my Head, i was bleeding. They should be more aware of safety.

Good, very well organization.people always super helpful .the van that came to pick me up it was not as big as in the picture, so we were very squished with lots of lugggage! So please let them know you have big luggage, but I arrive 1/2 an hour before the time scheduled so it was great! Wear a wind jacket in the boat cause can be very windy

Great service provider, organised us a taxi against extra charge and made sure we have everything we need. The port at Koh Lanta is very unorganised, people don't know where to go and try to rush into boats. If you keep calm and know the boat, all is good ;)

There was no communication at the pier. We left last, after all the other boats, 40 minutes late. The reason why is because they separated the travelers into 2 boats according to their destination and we arrived “only” 15 minutes late as we didn’t stop along the way to usual stops. Everyone would have been more understanding and relaxed if this was explained at the pier.
