Natalia AFirst of all, we were late to leave the pier which is fine but at the same time we watched the workers throw the suitcases and bags around onto the boat like a game. The seats (or benches) were uncomfortable, with people hunching over trying to lean on the seats infront. At 1pm, when we were supposed to be arriving at Koh lipe, we were at sea near muk island floating around for 30 minutes in the heat with no communication from the captain. Eventually one of the passengers asked what was going on and we were informed we were waiting for a further 10 passengers to board via longboat. When they boarded, the boat was completely packed and we went on to pick up a further few passengers from another location. It was at this point when we noticed under the seat had no lifejackets. Instead, the boat was packed with everyone’s suitcases and bags making it even more cramped. We asked about where the lifejackets were stored and were informed by the captain that there were only 10 lifejackets onboard when we counted around 85 passengers onboard (illegal). This was extremely worrying for us as we felt completely unsafe. This journey should have never taken place. And the worst part is that it was quite an expensive journey!! After talking to customer service nothing has been done yet.

Samantha TWe were 2 hours late and had numerous stops that we weren’t aware off. Too many people on the boat compared to seats as well and we had someone sat on the floor in front of us

Steven Why do you write 2,5h when it takes at least 3,5h? The ferry steps on many Islands. That is not serious.

Yomi ADid not expect the boat to stop 2 times because the engine did not work properly. So went to an island to get on another boat. There was no space for the legs, because they put the suitcases under the seats. Next time different company!

Rhiannon HIt arrived 2 hours late, and made 3 stops, we thought it was a direct boat to Koh lipe, we should have left at 1:30 and we left 30 minutes late, poor organisation, if it had been detailed that we’d be making stops and actually arrive at 6:00pm and not 4pm we could’ve told our hotel and what not, but it was advertised as much earlier
