Passenger reviews out of total 252 passengers who traveled with us on this route.

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

A little disorganized. Koh Lanta to Koh Samui —————— Pick up at our hotel was 45 mins after the selected timeframe. We called at the 30 min mark and then got told we will be picked up *click* —————— 1 minivan picked us up eventually. Over the lanta ferry, through krabi province to another shop around krabi town. Got out, waited 30 mins and got into another minivan. Bags packed against all the passengers —————— We took this taxi to Surat Thani ferry port and as other reviewers mentioned, we basically got kicked out with no explanation. No big deal, we made it through the ferry to the port in Koh Samut. Once again, a bit frantic wading through the “fake” taxis to eventually find a small lady holding a sign with the same logo as our company. After showing her our trip booking she pointed us to get into a van (different logo now - suspicious but we went with it). After showing our booking to the driver and him taking a photo of it, he then took us to our hostel on Lamai beach. —————— All in all we got where we were going. 9 hour trip total. It *worked* but if youre not a savvy traveler this may not be for you

Told us to be pier at 7:00 so we got up at 6:00 to get there on time meaning we had to skip breakfast. However the minibus did not arrive to pick us up till 8:20. Coupe have slept in for another hour but we had to sit at an empty pier where no one was available to give us information.

I traveled with 2 children age 2 and 4. On the website i could only book for 4 adults. The ferry to samui was free for My daugther and cheaper for my son. But the ticket price was the same.

The trip was minivan-minivan/ferry-boat-taxi: our chauffeur came an hour too late and forgot someone. The transfer to the bus was good. The bus itself was a very very very bumpy ride with broken airco blowers that were missing and on full blast. Transfer to boat was also good. Boatride was smooth. At the end there was a taxi waiting. Which ofcourse was very good.
