Transfer from Koh Lanta to Khao Sok. The original pick-up from our hotel was around one hour late, which was reasonable as the van has to pick-up every guest on their respective hotel. It is possible to call if you want to confirm the arrival because otherwise there was not much communication before the driver came. Our van had multiple okay seats and two bad seats (double seat) which could be a bit tight if you are large or need to share with a stranger. Van change in Krabi and then a 20 minute stop before the last drive to Khao Sok. Drop off at the Van station but it is possible to buy hotel drop off for extra (around 100 bhat pp for a 15 min drive). If you want to take Grab: the local taxi drivers dislike the external Grab drivers so it is kinda unsafe for them.
