The driver was extremely punctual and immediately helped us with our luggage, taking it and storing it for us. He was very friendly and pleasant throughout the trip. He even made two short breaks automatically so we could stretch our legs. When we had to wait a long time at the ferry (of course not his fault, just due to traffic), he kindly bought us two bottles of water. The transfer from Koh Chang to Bangkok with 12Go Asia is actually very good and well organized. The drivers are professional and the service works smoothly – as long as everyone follows the rules. However, according to the company’s policy, each passenger is only allowed to bring one piece of luggage. Unfortunately, some people bring two large suitcases and additional bags into the vehicle. This creates serious problems. Not only does it reduce space for other passengers, but it can also become unsafe when luggage is squeezed into the interior of the car. Extra luggage should either be charged accordingly or not accepted at all. It is unfair to other passengers who respect the rules and it can even be dangerous when the vehicle is overloaded. Rules are there for a reason – for safety, fairness, and comfort for everyone. If all passengers simply stick to the policy, the transfer experience remains excellent.
