I advise everyone to sent a mail to the agency travel the moment they book or the day before the trip, just to be sure. U can just reply to their email. I did this when went from Bangkok to Koh chang, everything was perfect!
This time I didn’t , and i was waiting for the taxi to pick us up from the resort, and in that moment I received a message from the company ( NOT 12go, the agency!) wanting to know where to pick me up TOMORROW!
So I sent a picture with my booking, and said that it was for today and that I was waiting right now for the taxi, they checked and immediately sent a taxi, and from there everything was fine.
From koh chang to Bangkok the bus was old but ok.
But from Bangkok to Koh Tao, there is a new bus, super comfy, we got a blanket, water, a cookie, and while we were waiting to embark for koh tao, they gave us breakfast. The speedboat is brand new.
I highly recommend!
