A bustrip for more than 4 hours instead of 2 hours. I booked a bus from Khao Sok Hotel to Black Tiger Tour Office, Krabi Town for 25.02.2026 at 14.00 p.m. Especially this terminal as the laststop, because my hotel in Krabi Town is only 400m from there. And the other reason, no Ao Nang passengers. They can book for a direct destination. I understand a drive for 2h as you mention can last longer. But you matched 2 Tours on One. The driver was on time. He had to pick up a lot of travelers going to Ao Nang. The bus was fully loaded with passengers and luggage. A part of the bags was cramming on the floor and you could not strech your legs. It looked like a cattle truck. Bumping on the road by each irregularity. Finally I arrived at my hotel at 18.25h. Also more than 4 hours and after me he drove to Ao Nang for the other travelers. I felt sorry for the driver. Anyway it was the worst trip I made in many years. If you make a change in planning, you could let 12.go.asia and the passenger know about this. My expierience I'll never book a Black Tiger Tour again.

Driver stopped many times, toon uw 4hrs, when going directly it would take 2. Car kept beeping because of speed and driver would yell on the phone once in a while.

Our Van didn’t arrive, so someone told us to take a different one. We wanted to go to Krabi Town and booked a van directly to our hotel. The van stopped at two piers and the driver wanted us to leave at the second one. It would have been a walk about 40 minutes. After I tried to discuss with him, he took us to our hotel, but he didn’t seem fine with it.

Driver came 45 minutes late, then charged us extra for luggage, telling our suitcases were to big, while the luggage, big backpacks of others seemed ok. Felt very random. When we arrived in Krabi, we were told that we had to pay extra for taking us to our ( central) hotel. In the end the cost for this trip was more then doubled. Hotline was not answering the phone

We asked for the AC to be turned down and he didn’t understand what we were asking. It was freezing ! Secondly we got to about 1.45hr into our journey and the driver just stopped on the side of a road no communication with us. It was also dark outside now. He made us swap on the side of a road and get into another van. We swapped with another customer, was abit uneasy.

Contradicting information about the hotel pickup caused inconvenience. The actual transport to Krabi was ok. Good driver, but the van defenitely needs new shock-absorbers... The transport started an hour late.

The two stars are given for the fact that the van arrived on time (at the pick-up location), for the first driver (who was really sweet and did his best) and the fact that we actually arrived at Krabi Bus Terminal in the end. Everything else was chaos. First, the organisation forgot two passengers and we had to wait 40min for them somewhere on the way. People were randomly picked up and dropped of, midway it wasn't sure everyone will still have a seat. There was no toilet break, we switched cars and in the end arrived 90 minutes late. I would only book again if there was really no other choice.
