The operator was 30 minutes late at the pick up point and there was very poor legroom, also we needed to pay more in order to get dropped off at the hotel even though we booked with hotel transfer.

Transfer was fine but took an hour longer than it needed to because the driver was late, did a loop to pick other passengers up, and then returned to a hotel right next to mine to pick more people up an hour after having picked me up in the same place. I don’t know why they didn’t just pick everyone up at the same time.

The driver did so many additional stops so instead of travelling 3h, we travelled 4h. There is not enough space in the vehicle for transporting 12 people and their belongings. It is not comfortable to drive when the van is very packed. Please consider that.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! The driver was driving like a crazy man at 120+kph on a 50kph limit. When asked to slow down, the driver had a breakdown, started shouting and pulled over. And said that his boss would punish him if he didn't make it to the destination and back within a certain time. This company is mistreating its employees and causing them to put customers' safety at risk This needs to be reported because the driver was clearly under duress!
