The original tour operator did not pick me up as planned at the scheduled bus stop, nor did the tour operator make any effort whatsoever making any communication to me that they were going to be late or any communication at all. I had to contact the tour operator from a phone number that was provided by someone at the bus stop to set up Alternate Transport plans. The phone number provided on my ticket was useless. When I contacted the operator they ignored me and they did not listen to any of my requests. This was a breach of the terms and conditions that I signed off on when I agreed to be a customer otherwise the third-party operator did pick me up and transported me to my destination however, final thoughts this will be the last time that I travel with the.Krabi bus company

We got picked up at the given location, we drove to krabi and got droped off, only little thing was that the van was 10 minuts to late, so no 5 stars but still great service.

The driver was planned to go directly to krabi town but some people in the van made a mistake in their booking and wanted to go to ao nang, so instead of dropping us first as it was planned at krabi town, he went to ao nang, has been paid 200 bath cash and took us after at krabi.
