Our first taxi driver made us feel uncomfortable. For the first hour he drove only 60 km/h on a road where you’re allowed to drive 80, and he seemed very distracted. We told him it was okay to drive a bit faster, but he ignored us. He stopped at a 7/11 to pick something up, and when we wanted to get out to use the restroom, he didn’t allow it and told us to get back in the car immediately. We continued driving, but then he randomly stopped again on the side of a major road. He crossed the road to the other side, where a truck driver was waiting for him, and picked something up again. After that, he brought us to a place where we could use the restroom, but suddenly we had to hurry because we were “running late” — even though he had been driving slowly and making unnecessary stops earlier. From that moment on he was able to drive fast after all, and he was on the phone a lot. When we finally arrived in Krabi, we were given a different taxi driver for the last part of the trip, and he was incredibly kind.

Much too late. Car drove super slow, because of “overfilling” (even if there were places free). Driver unfriendly. Had to change car, and came late to our destination.

Don't book this operator. The driver was 1hour late. He didn't let us know anything. In Krabi we suddenly has to change a bus. The second driver was riding like a maniac and we almost had a couple of traffic accident. We arrived in Koh Lanta more than a hour later than planned. The drop-off was on a total different place than we booked. Just beside of the road. We didn't feel save, this was not good.

First driver was 40 minutes late. Drive very fast. Second driver was very very unfriendly and we stopped almost 10 times to pick up his groceries, clients, other tourists….. Travel lasted more than expected and announced.

Over 6 hours from Khao Sok, to Koh Lanta. Took multiple transfers, drivers don't speak English. Very crowded minibus. Last bus operator Matcha Tour didn't get us to the agreed place.

1.5h delay at the beginning so we had to wait at the departure point. The van was too packed with luggage and packages to be delivered. There were no real breaks for the first 4h to use the restroom. Still we arrived on time and there was no confusion about the process as soon as we started.

We got there on time but the opération seemed quite confusing. I almost got the impression they just saw who turned up on the day and then organised transport. We got driven part way, asked to sit in a restaurant for an hour and half, then drove to the airport in a bus where we were were then switched in to a car for the end of the journey. We did get there on time and all the cars were comfortable so can’t complain but it just felt confusing!
