1 hr belated pick up. Overloaded van. In between stop in Krabi, again belated pick up. Again crazy overloaded van. Fazit: we missen our ferry to Ko Mook at Saladan Pier. Would never book again wirh this company.

We booked a transfer from Khao Sok to Koh Lanta, departure was at 9.00 and we arrived at 14.30. We had to change vans in Krabi and then continued to Koh Lanta via the Hua Hin Pier. Both vans were full and we had to put some luggage in the rows, but overall the experience was smooth and very good value for money.

We got picked up at the right time, but there was a stop to go in another van. The stop took about 2.5h before we could depart again, so we arrived 3h later.

Khao Sok to Krabie was fine. Krabi to Koh lanta not so great. The minivan is a rickety old beater that smells like mold. We got to Krabi and then had to wait for over an hour for the next leg to Koh lanta, without any information. We had not eaten since breakfast and could have used the time to go and find some food. Arrival in Koh Lanta was 1.5 hours after scheduled arrival, for no apparent reason. Why don’t these minibus companies have any kind of systems in place. It’s like they are all on their first day on the job and nobody has ever done what they do before

I booked a transfer from my hotel in Khao Sok to my hotel in Koh Lanta. This morning, I was forced to go to a 7-Eleven by paying for a taxi, even though I had requested a pickup from my hotel.12go support was useless , they didn't answer me and I didn't get any refund or any subsidiaries.

The second driver from Krabi to Koh Lanta was not nice at all.. He drove very fast and the vehicle was bumping all the time. So it was a very bumpy ride, but not in a nice way.
