We paid extra for the advertised luxury Limousine bus and the vehicle provided was like the photos, plenty of space & recommended if you have a long journey (ours was 10 hrs). Pay the extra as it's a much better bus than cheaper one's we had used previously. The bus was provided by Cuc Tung.

2 girls backpacking - really comfy!! Left 30mins late due to other passengers which was annoying but not the fault of the company. Unsure on number of bathroom breaks as I slept through the whole 10hr journey lol.

The TV didn't work, driver was bad and made me sick (why wouldn't he be trained to drive better with a bus full of sleeping passengers?), the driver and his assistant stopped the bus frequently so they could smoke, one time even just smoking in the bus.

We had a super relaxed trip from nha trang to hoi an. The information we became before our trip started and the whole service was incredible. The company stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp until we’re in the bus. When we arrived in hoi an & a taxi was ready to bring us to our hotel. Although for a 10 hour ride, the beds are way more comfortable than in the other buses. Totally worth the money.
