The driver arrived late and didn't speak English! He left the air conditioning on full blast even though we were cold...

Really comfortable bus, we weren't too sure where to wait in Kep, we just waited in the side of the road having showed locals a picture of a bus, they pointed where to wait. Bus was great, journey was great, we were given water and a croissant which was very welcome. On the way the bus broke down, this was dealt with so well, the bus driver helped fix the bus, we were kept informed with what was happening. Amazing bus company.

The driver forgot to stop at the airport. But luckily we saw it on the way so we were able to ask him to stop.

Election day so departure was brought forward by an hour, a very understandable situation. Pick-up at the hotel very much appreciated. On the other hand, the van is no longer in very good condition and not very clean. The driver was more often on his phone than on the road.

Jour d’élection donc le départ a été avancé d’une heure, situation très compréhensible. Pick up a l’hôtel très appréciable. En revanche, le van n’est plus en très bon état et pas très propre. Le conducteur plus souvent sur son téléphone que les yeux sur la route.

Since foreigners depend on public transportation, I wish that more drivers could speak some English so that foreigners can ask questions about the trip. This is my only complaint.
