Driver was on time, polite and professional he is a credit to the company the car was clean and the journey comfortable. This is the second trip I’ve booked with the company. The company have always communicated well but the skills, experience and communication of the drivers vary greatly. On the first trip the driver was horrible and locked himself out of the car when he arrived.

Except the fact that the bus was on time, it couldn’t get any worse. The bus we booked was oversold, with people without seats just standing, shouting and pushing. Then we got dropped in Ajmer (what ?), and put on a local bus without AC, without windows or doors. Just parked like animals. And obviously without any space for our backpacks so we just had to carry them on top of us. Honestly the worst company, do not recommend at all.

The departure and arrival times were accurate, and the staff were polite. However, the bus was small, so the seats were cramped. The bus stopped multiple times during the trip to pick up additional passengers, resulting in overcrowding. At times, there were more than 25 people standing, which made the bus feel crowded and stuffy. It was especially difficult for those not seated by a window.

Very narrow seats for the legs. Reckless driving. Too many stops on the way. People carried large suitcases that they left in the middle of the aisle.
