Luis PThe driver started to shout on me like a fool in Vietnamese I don't know why, telling me very rudely to go to the last seat as there was another seat available. I did not understand the situation at all, I obeyed, but he kept shouting for some minutes. When we arrived to Danang he shouted on me YOU!!! to go outside, as I was a criminal, and he argued with the taxi driver to take me till Hoi An and shouted on him as well.

Paul GBus was late 20 mins to leave Hué. Arrived on Hoi An 45 mins late (on a 3 hour drive). Dropped us off not at the place indicated on the ticket.
The bus ride is average. Bed a little dirty with hair and some crumbs.
The driver stopped a few times on the side of the road for a few mins, i am not sure why.

Francisco COld vehicle in poor condition and not very comfortable. Pick up at 5 minutes walking from our lodging and just after the departure it pass in front of the hotel we were lodging.

Mike TPick-up was not at the point mentioned in the voucher. By asking the operator for further information for the Check-in I was informed that the pick-up point is somewhere else and that I have to get there by myself, also the bus was delayed. We were dropped off in a place that wasn't mentioned as destination in our booking. The Bus was nice and clean.

The trio lasted 1 hour more that expected.
The bus didn’t drop us at the right place written in the ticket. Is that because they have deals with the taxis or scooter drivers ?

Dianne PThe shared ride trip was on time though we switched vehicles in Da Nang, it would of been nice to be told that would happen. We were in the back seat so not very comfortable for my husband being tall, but we were able to move to middle seats when other passengers were dropped off.
