On time, great AC, and company also reaches out to you when you book your ticket. Bus DOES have a bathroom (with a sink). Very nice and would recommend. Only minor thing is that the bus drivers play loud music and TikTok, as well as honk the horns frequently, which can be an issue to those who sit near the front.

Communication was not optimal, there were no toilet stops on a drive from Hoi An to Tam Coc, but on the bright side, the bus was three hours early. Probably due to the fast-and-furious driving style. Bus was meant to take 14 hours, we left about 30 min late bc of a bus switch and stopped to change a tire and still got there on time.
The bus was organized and clean, nice staff and mostly smooth ride.
The cabins were comfortable, we had Wi-Fi and charging stations and bottled water.
