Bus didn’t depart from the intended location so a car was sent to collect us. This was communicated clearly although only on the morning, which was than other bus companies had previously communicated pick up times with us. We had 3 sleeper bunks booked, one of which had previously been used as the complimentary drinks were left half drunk and not replaced. The service stop half way through the journey was managed well. The journey itself was uneventful apart from the perpetual horn use. Clean and comfortable, shame that the complimentary drinks were not refreshed for me as a new passenger.

They contacted us a few hours before the time the bus was leaving , we answer and then they never wrote us back NEVER. Also, the ticket says “ 5 to 6 hour trip so this is why we booked at night. We arrived in 3 hours … and they leave us in the middle Of nowhere So strange everything Plus the workers are not friendly at all …I traveled in other companies and this one if comfortable but nothing is on the time they say plus the workers are not nice . Will not choose again

Great service collecting us and bus left on time. It was clean and comfy. The driver however drove very fast, hard braking often and honked his musical horn every 30 seconds which after six hours drove us mad. It felt as if he was just doing it for the sake of it as sometimes there was no other traffic. We stopped a few times at service stations but were given no info to get off or for how long we had etc, it was guesswork. We arrived on time and were totally ready to get off by then. Have used many buses in Vietnam, this was the noisiest and fastest by far. Still, we arrived in one piece but would hate to have been on it during the night. Beep beep beep beep beep! 😭 Beds were comfy but have taken a star off for the time we spent hanging on!

The bed was extremely small. The driver was not the right driver. His driving made me fear for my life but we did arrive on time. Only be smoke break and I didn’t even get to finish my smoke :( :(

The driver on this bus was using his horn constantly, repeatedly. I have traveled on several buses in Vietnam and understand that the drivers use the horn to signal their presence. But this driver was using his horn aggressively towards the other drivers to get out of his way. He used the horn repeatedly and for long periods of time. It made the journey really stressful and difficult to relax.

Overall the service was amazing, the bus clean and we even got picked up and taken to the bus when the route was slightly altered. The space itself was ok. I am 175cm and only just found it reasonable in length. Anybody 180cm or above will feel cramped.

Decent service despite a last minute change of the departure address in Hoi An. The long distance sleeper bus was less comfortable with very narrow beds. If you are somewhat bulky ask for a bed in the middle. The bus left on time and arrived just a few minutes early.

I was going to rate one star but I did eventually reach Quy Nhon. Just before traveling to Cocovip bus station in Hoi An they offered to send a car to my hotel. I thought they were being nice but they drove me 45min in the opposite direction and we stopped at a small outpost off a highway. The driver said the bus would come in 10min.But after an hour I asked him where is the bus and then he stopped speaking. Eventually after twohrs+ a different bus company pulled up and they loaded us on for a 6hr ride that was estimated as 4. The one positive part is the person that I had been speaking with on Whats Ap did respond to my text. I'm not sure if Cocovip has it's own buses or brokers passengers to different buses.

Picked up at my hotel by car and drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction, then had to wait 30 mintues for bus to arrive. Had to cross busy street with my luggage while attendant flagged down the bus. The bus slowed down but never stopped moving as my luggage was thrown into the cargo area and I had to board the bus while it was moving. It stopped suddenly and I was thrown backward before I could get into my assigned cabin. Totally unsafe and irresonsibleds on the part of the driver and bus company
