The bus journey was comfortable and the driver and team were friendly and helpful. However, after the trip, we were contacted on WhatsApp about an additional charge that hadn't been mentioned before booking/during the travel. We understand extra costs can arise, but it would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could plan accordingly. For anyone booking in the future, make sure to confirm all charges beforehand to avoid surprises. The service was fine, but clearer communication with pricing would better the experience.

The bus has no WC on board. It just stopped after 2 h of the trio for everybody to go to the WC. But it stopped pretty often to take or leave passengers and luggage. It had more than 1 h delay in Quy Nhon. Staff was friendly. Announcements were not understandable- so I can’t say whether there was information in English at all.

Comfortable bus. But over 2h late from the official schedule. Nothing special happened on the way, just false informations. Departure announced at 8:00 turners to be a shuttle in minivan at 8:30 that was not mentioned on the booking. Bus left at 9:30. Arrived a 16:30 instead of 14:00.

The bus was fine and clean. We were picked up by a driver (very punctual) and brought to the bus, which took almost 1h. The bus arrived at the destination about 1h later than expected (no big deal, but be aware that the timings are not exact). I could not fully stretch my legs (I'm 180cm). Still, overall better than expected. I don't know if I could sleep at night (constant honking and abrupt driving), but especially for shorter trips the bus is a comfortable way to travel.
