Two transfers where we switched vehicles, that would be fine if we were informed earlier, when purchased, it appeared as one sleeper bus Hoi An - Ha Long. Sleeper bus was clean and ok, the so called limousines were less clean but still ok. After arrival of the sleeper bus to Ninh Binh (its final stop), we waited for 1,5 hours in not so nice office and than driver picked up a lot of people from various hotels in Ninh Binh and Tam Coc. Together it caused delay of 2,5 hours - estimated arrival to Ha Long port was 9 AM, we arrived at 11:30+. Check-in for our cruise was 11:30-45. Why they even have an estimated arrival time when they know in advance that the don’t want to keep it and the actual arrival would be much later and without any time reserve for possible problems on the way?

Great bus but we had to change in Hue, for a less confortable bus. The drivers could not speak English at all and communication was not.easy.
