Stella WShortcut: Super late, rude, Not funktional, no Communication, uncomftable, didn’t arrive at drop Off location.
My Bus came 3 Hours later. The cause was an issue with the Bus, so I was asked via WhatsApp if I could go with another Bus later, when I asked if I have other options no one answered, so I haven‘t had any other changes then wait for the next one (it was late about 20minutes too btw). When the Bus arrived around 1:20pm (original Pick up was 10am) the 3 Busdrivers didn‘t speak one Word English, Communication was almost impossible with them and they seemed to Not really care about me anyways. The Wifi and charging Spots didn‘t work. One of the drivers opened Random the curten of my cabin and started recording me, when I asked why he‘d do that he lied and said he won‘t, i turned around his Camera and saw it, why???? The Busdriver told me aroun 8:30pm I have to pack my things immidiatly and i‘m getting off the Bus, appenrently they weren‘t driving to Phong Nha and he ordered me a Taxi (which he paid already). I packed my things in one minute in a Rush, I wasn‘t expecting that. The Taxi Driver ended up taking my things, i sat in the car, the Bus Drive off. The Taxidriver turned around and asked me where i wanna go und i told him so, then he wanted 500.000 VND. I told him i‘m not gonna pay and we started driving but he was arguing with me all the time, about the Money, if i have even a hotel, he could find me something. I told him no, just drop me at the original drop of location and i‘m not gonna pay. We where stoping in a dark road and he Exchange some Money with a Lady on a street and kept arguing with me. In the end he said he‘ll bring me somewhere else. I was honestly so worried and afraid. He didn’t drop me at the drop Off location neither at my hotel, just Random somewhere. I had to ask my Hotel to Pick me up. Worst Night of my life. I arrived around 9:30pm in my hotel.

Emily DWe paid for 2 seats which we got for the first part of the journey, however we had to swap buses to a bus with not enough seats. The two of us then had to share one single bed for 5 hours, other people on the bus had to share with random people too.

Chelsea SOverall, the trip felt poorly organized. My ticket was for 10:30am and passengers were asked to arrive 20 minutes early, so I was there at 10am waiting under the sun in front of the bus. One staff member saw me the entire time and didn’t communicate at all, he was shirtless, taking a nap on the bus, then eventually got off while we continued waiting. We finally departed at 10:45am.
During the trip, there were multiple unnecessary stops that seemed to be for personal errands, including picking up a watermelon from someone’s house and stopping to drop off laundry. Near the end of the journey, we also realized we were heading in the wrong direction towards Dong Nghèn until another passenger pointed it out to the driver, who then turned around. We finally arrived around 6:45pm instead of the scheduled 6:00pm.

Maisie ABus itself was spacious and comfortable. We were supposed to arrive at 7am, but they drove like maniacs and we somehow arrived at 5am. The staff were rude, constantly rushing everyone to get on the bus when we were leaving Hoi An as if we were late (even though it was 20min before we were supposed to leave), and then getting all of us off the bus at 5am as quickly as possible so they could drive off. We stopped 2min after leaving because some travellers were fighting to get on the bus (they seemed to have tickets and were told by the WhatsApp operator that this was their bus). They made it on eventually, but only because they fought hard for it - pretty poor organisation. The journey itself was fine, we could sleep and made it from A to B, but the service either end was pretty poor.

Catherine BThe sleeper bus had the widest sleeping birth so far and the seat lever actually worked so really comfy trip. Best sleeper over our 3 week journey. The pickup location office in Hoi An was a room with seats rather than waiting on the streets so that was nice too. The ticket they sent us had a picture of the pick up location which was helpful

Ella VBus was okay, clearly somebody slept in the cabine before we entered because the bed wasn’t made. One of the bus drivers was very rude, shoved open the curtain for no reason and then continued doing that with other customers without saying anything. Couldn’t ask him anything because they would ignore you. For the rest okay ride

Cynthia MAll went well, we arrived at the location. Bus pick up was about 20 minutes late.
Halfway we had to change buses, we didn’t get any notice about this before that. So that was a bit stressful. Buses are comfortable!

Jessie DSecond time booking with this agency. First time they put us in the lower back beds, during an overnight bus, and they couldn't lay down. So we couldn't sleep at all! Second time we thought 'let's book a day bus so we can stay awake and sleep later at the hostel', so we did, and they put me in a broken bed that couldn't sit straight and had no seatbelt! So I asked if i could move beds because I didn't want to lay down the whole daytrip, but he only said 'no'. Mind you, half of the bus was empty! So there was no reason for me not to be able to change beds.

Stijne I had a very disappointing experience with this sleeper bus service. The journey took over two hours longer than originally scheduled, and there was little to no clear communication about the delay or the planned stops along the way. This made the trip unnecessarily stressful and confusing.
The driving itself was also quite uncomfortable. The driver repeatedly went over large bumps at high speed and braked very harshly, which made it difficult to relax or get any rest during the trip.
Additionally, the behavior of the bus assistant was inappropriate. He was noticeably staring at female passengers in a way that made people uncomfortable, which is completely unacceptable on a public service.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this sleeper bus service to others.
